Harold L. Malone III
25+ years in the energy, maritime and finance industries. A principal of Sea/Switch Partners and member of the Index Committee for the Marine Money Decarbonization Index. Mr. Malone is Head of Transportation for WL Ross / Invesco Private Capital responsible for ~$2B in the maritime investment portfolio of 150+ vessels from 2017 to 2021. Mr. Malone was Chief Strategic Officer for Navig8 Group and for 18 years was a senior member of Jefferies maritime investment banking team.
• Mr. Malone has over 25 years of strategic advisory and investment management experience with a focus on the maritime, offshore and energy industries• Mr. Malone is a co-founder and principal of Sea/Switch Partners and a Member of the Index Committee for the Marine Money Decarbonization Index, which is tracked by the ETFMG Breakwave Sea Decarbonization Technology ETF (NYSE: BSEA)• From 2017-2021, Mr. Malone was the Head of Transportation and an Investment Committee member for WL Ross/Invesco Private Capital responsible for ~$2B in the maritime investment portfolio of 150+ vessels. While at Invesco, Mr. Malone served as a director of Diamond S Shipping Inc., an NYSE-listed crude and product tanker shipping company, and Navigator Holdings Ltd., an NYSE-listed LPG shipping company, and Chairman of Nautical Bulk Holdings Ltd, a drybulk and product tanker shipping company• Before joining Invesco, Mr. Malone served as the Chief Strategic Officer of the Navig8 Group, a fully integrated provider of shipping management services. Before Navig8, Hal spent over 18 years in investment banking, most recently as a Managing Director in the maritime group at Jefferies LLC• Mr. Malone graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 where he received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance
